Alternative Realities

A selection of images that are not quite “normal”. The world revealed through a digital sensor modified to capture light in the Infra-red spectrum is often strange and bizarre. The effects created by adjusting the false colour produced in post processing can result in some unusual images that challenge convention. Then there are images that are just plain created; montages of multiple images to produce imagined worlds or HDR processing used to enhance a picture. Are they photographs – that’s for you to judge.
